Michelle Frisque is the Chief of Technology, Content and Innovation at Chicago Public Library. She is a former president of the Library & Information Technology Association. She received her Masters of Learning and Organization Change from Northwestern University, and her Masters of Library and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.
